I told you that this is a manual shop. Like the example i told you before, if there was a username change on the shop and a user buys it, it will be manually change by the forum admin. Or, another example, if a user buy 1 of those icons before username, the admin will add the image manually using CSS to put the icon beside the username. :):

Then create a widget, then make a table. After that, insert image on it. :):
And for the 'Add to cart', i think it's just a widget (since PHP is not allowed on forumotion). I don't know what website he used. So, try to ask him. :):
