Need to fix my site region

I am using my friends netbook. As his display is small, I am seeing my forum as a scroll bar.
How to fix it?

The main-reason that cause this is because of the small screen the user have, and the width of your forum (too wide).
So all i can give you a solution is to zoom-out.
