so i just waned to ask how to make like 10-20px of space over and under body of the forum. so the borders aren't touching the end of the screen
cuz right now it looks like this: space under and at the top of the forum 397d5

space under and at the top of the forum 397d5

and i want it to look like this: space under and at the top of the forum 259g75i

use padding-top in the css like

body{
padding-top:20px;
}
