i understand he want that any registered user will have an image that the administrator choose it and if he want to change it he can .
(he will get an avatar automatic)

Yep i get it now on the SS provided. That's why i told you to provide one. :D:.
So go to ACP > Display > Avatars > Avatar gallery > Avatars Management:
- Then just fill up the field with the image url/upload it.

Note: Those who already registered on your forum will not get the default avatar you set-up. Only those people who's about to register.

no he meant those who are already registered, those won't get the avatar. but those who will register after adding this picture will get it. ^^
