Put them anywhere inside the viewtopic_body.

Then change all tags with the row2 class, then add border style on the name of the tag you replace with.

You can do it already since you've come up with the idea, but it would be really hard since there are many row2 class on it and there are some part that you can't change the name of the class because some uses variables.
